Being an organization of Elginkan and accepting the aim to become an eternal organization as its foundation, Matel has regarded complying in its activities with the principles and sense of quality guiding the community for years as the main target.

As a customer oriented company, it has the aim to continue its image as a reliable company in the sector by detecting and fulfilling customer requirements and demands, and improve and perpetuate its product and service quality.

Moreover, in order to leave a habitable environment and usable natural resources for next generations, it commits to abide by current legal conditions, use consumable energy resources correctly, prevent pollution by reducing and recycling wastes, be in contact with all parties it has environmental interaction with, and constantly improve its efficiency by complying with environmental standard conditions.
